Established 1985

Mario from 1977 to 1985 worked for Fords at Dunton, on research and development centre.

He left Dunton in 1985 to start The Engine Tune centre at Basildon. Since the company started it has had all types of motor sport involvement, from: touring cars; Formula Vauxhall; Formula Renault; and other single seater cars. With the companies up to date equipment, and Rolling Road, this makes them a big success and they are still involved in motor sport today. An important aspect of the business is Mario's personal involvement in every job undertaken, from general servicing to engine modification (Ford RS specialist's) on all makes, including Porsche and Ferrari. The Engine Tuner is an MG owners approved servicing centre.

The company also specialises in cylinder heads modifications, ECU upgrades and Turbo Techincs approved dealers. Unichips are held in stock & ANSU injection cleaning and servicing are carried out in house.

The latest thing the company has undertaken and will consider more is other people's projects i.e. kit cars, etc.
